Welcome to Iqfa Living. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of furniture products, including sofas, recliners, and home decor.
1. Eligibility & Use
In compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, users must be at least 18 years of age. Use of this site implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including furniture designs, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of Iqfa Furniture. Prohibited use includes unauthorized reproduction for commercial gain.
3. Product Accuracy & Pricing
Due to screen settings, colors and wood grains may vary. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical errors.
4. BIS Compliance
Effective February 2026, all furniture items like beds and chairs comply with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification requirements.
5. Returns & Refunds
Notify us of damaged goods within 48 hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-21 business days.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
